Futurespace was engaged by JP Morgan to inject new life into the 9,000m2 St Collins Lane retail precinct, situated at the prestigious ‘Paris end’ of Collins street in Melbourne. The mall spans 4 levels and is a mix of retail, food and technology spaces.
Our team has worked on a variety of projects in St Collins Lane including the Concierge area, Food Hall, Amenities, marketing documentation and review of individual tenancies including the 300m2 flagship Leica camera store.
Most recently our team designed a new food hall experience for patrons of St Collins Lane. The vision for this space complements the luxurious nature of the precinct and the discerning nature of the local clientele. Now offering a bigger selection of seating arrangements and a larger food offer, Futurespace’s French bistro inspired design uses refined design details and sleek, high end finishes to provide a memorable dining experience for all who visit the environment.
The existing outdoor terrace has been reinvigorated through the careful selection of outdoor furniture, natural planting and finishes to establish inviting outdoor seating options. The interior layout, with a combination of dark oak bentwood furniture, bronze table bases and natural planting will come together to create an inviting and engaging space that people will want to return to again and again.
