FutureSpace completed an innovative new workplace for Janssen-Cilag, the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson at 66 Waterloo Road, North Ryde.
The new workplace provides flexible accommodation for this dynamic company. An innovative solution to providing office accommodation was developed in collaboration with Steelcase utilising their new ‘Forward’ system. The resulting “pavilions’ provide a flexible solution that bring many of the desirable attributes of an enclosed office to an open plan environment.
The new workplace uses natural light and ESD principles to create a healthy workplace, and the base building ‘wintergarden’ is used as a central gathering and socialisation zone.
