Voted the best place to work in Australia by BRW Magazine 2010
Google engaged Futurespace to develop a new workplace strategy for their Australian Head office and their relocation to Workplace6 in Pyrmont, NSW’s first 6 Green Star Certified Building, from their existing offices in Darling Park. In response to the unique demands of the project Futurespace employed DEGW to assist with the development of an appropriate strategy for the future and to take advantage of DEGW’s experience in Europe and the USA. The project required a ‘think out side the square’ solution that is innovative and creative and the solution provides a rich variety of differently themed spaces to support different ways people want to meet and work.
Following implementation of the strategy in their relocation to new premises BRW’s May 2009 issue acknowledged Google as Australia’s best place to work for in the inaugural BRW “Great Places to Work” survey.
