At Futurespace, our purpose is to create environments that unlock human potential - helping people feel and function at their best, physically, emotionally, and cognitively.

Our approach is deeply personal. Informed by lived experience with neurodiversity, we design with heightened sensitivity to light, sound, temperature, scale, proportion, beauty, and the natural world. This sensory intelligence has always been part of who we are - it’s how Futurespace was built from the beginning, and now we name it with intention.

We believe great design should support everyone. That’s why we embed neurodiversity-informed design as a foundation for every project - not as an afterthought, but as a guiding principle. Like the canary in the coal mine, designing for neurodiverse needs creates a higher baseline - one that benefits all users, across all types of spaces.

Our work is grounded in design principles that elevate wellbeing: biophilia, ancient spatial intelligence like the Golden Ratio, and a deep understanding of how people interact with and respond to space.

For over 24 years, we’ve honed our expertise in workplace design - one of the most complex environments to get right. With its broad mix of users and constantly shifting demands, it’s taught us how to design for diversity, adaptability, and purpose. These lessons now inform every project we undertake, across every sector.
